Making A Purchase
It is an offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol if you are under the age of 18. It is also an offence for any person over the age of 18 to purchase alcohol on behalf of somebody who is under the age of 18. Please note that Wineshop will not sell alcohol to any person who we believe to be under the age of 18.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and PayPal. The full amount will be charged at the time that you make your purchase online, though if you prefer, you may provide payment card details via the phone, fax or post. We do not recommend that you send payment card details by email as this is not as secure as our online payment system.

Cancellations and complaints
You may cancel your order at any time. Should you decide to cancel; all charges to you will be refunded as soon as the goods are returned in merchantable condition.
